Founded in 2014, Sushi Oribe is dedicated to creating handcrafted culinary experiences that elevate life’s most beautiful moments.

Rooted in the Japanese philosophy of ichi-go ichi-e — “one moment, one meeting” — we believe every encounter is unique and deserves to be treasured. Our team of Japanese chefs craft refined Edomae-style sushi using premium seasonal ingredients to offer an intimate and memorable omakase journey.
